Restaurant Style | Blender Salsa | Fresh Tomatoes

This morning on a whim I decided to whip up some restaurant style salsa in the blender with the fresh tomatoes I got in my bountiful basket! While I was gathering up the supplies I was thought to myself some of these mini sweet peppers from my basket would go great in it as well!

Ingredients
8 roma tomatoes
1 lemon
Cilantro
Onion
2-3 mini sweet peppers
1 tablespoons jalapeno
1 teaspoon  black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon season salt
1 teaspoon minced garlic

Roughly chop up the produce and throw it all in the blender, pulse to you get the desired consistency.  Poor into dish and add the seasonings, garlic, and juice of the lemon. Stir up and store in the fried! Maybe make a margarita, and enjoy your fiesta!
