Oven Roasted Veggies | Radishes, Potatoes, Carrots



We received the most beautiful radishes and carrots in our bountiful basket this week. So naturally I decided to roast them in the oven with some potatoes!

First I cleaned and diced them all up, not much smaller then bite sized pieces. Then I tossed them in the microwave for 4 minutes.

I pulled them out and tossed them with a little bit of olive oil, just enough to coat them. Then I laid them out on a baking sheet, and seasoned them with, sea salt and garlic and herb seasioning


 Now bake them for about 30 minutes or until fork tender at 375
just look how delish those look!!
