Southern Fried Pork Chops

Our budget is super tight right now, and thin pork chops are always super cheap!  I normally have a few ways I always fix pork chops but decided to try something different! And this recipe didn’t disappoint! Crunchy outside smothered in yummy gravy, and of course paired with a loaded baked potato and green beans! This meal was a hit with the whole family!

One package Boneless Pork chops
1 Cup Flour
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Onion powder
1 Tbsp Paprika
Oil
1 egg
milk

Poor oil into your frying pan, to about halfway full, and turn the temp up to about med-hi. While waiting for the oil to heat up go ahead and make your egg and milk mixture. 1 large egg and 1 equal part milk. This is what will hold your flour to your meat. Now in a plate mix your flour, garlic salt, onion powder, paprika together. Take your pork chop and dip into the eggs first, then the flour mix, you can repeat these steps to make a thicker crust but this time I didn’t! Place your pork chops into the oil, let them fry for about 15 minutes. Carefully flip them over and fry for another 10 minutes. Always check to make sure they are done by taking one out and cutting through the middle to check for color. A light pink and white is what you're looking for or a full white for those who like a dry chop. One they are done take them out and let them dry on a plate with a paper towel!!

i know i know i have really been slacking on takeing photos of the whole process, please forgive me :)
